We love Christmas so much we celebrate more than once a year.

Friday 

Check in to your chosen accommodation for a quiet night in front of the fire. If you must cook, be sure to bring your goodies and enjoy our well equipped self contained accommodation……. otherwise join us at the Highlander Arms for a relaxed pub dinner and drinks. Booking onto our Whisky Tasting is optional (though some would say essential), to help you further relax and get into the spirit.

Saturday

A morning treasure hunt, an afternoon walk, hang out with our friendly but ever hungry ducks, hairy cows or goats (don’t forget to bring along your own lunch goodies).

If treasure hunting and exploring is not your thing, sit back and relax in front of the fire or grab a board game and settle into a good ol’ Christmas grudge match. Study up, in preparation for our annual pub trivia. (No smart phones for trivia please…..) Naturally this is hosted in the Highlander Arms Bar to help you drown your sorrows or toast your crowning achievements.

The gala evening then kicks off with a pre-dinner mulled wine ……….. before heading in for our decadent Christmas feast for a night of fun, dancing and frivolity. 

Bring a bunch of friends or family,  to eat, drink and be merry.

Children of all ages are welcome and encouraged to join in on our silliness.

Sunday

Everyone gets a late check-out of noon, perfect opportunity to visit the hairy cows one last time before heading home.
