Highlander Caravan Park

Touring Tasmania with a caravan or motorhome?  Tarraleah is the perfect spot to stop on your Western Wilds Journey.  Perfectly located along your drive towards Lake St Clair, Strahan and Cradle Mountain, Tarraleah is a quiet, clean and serene place to stop and catch your breath for a while.

The park features clean, modern facilities and 15 spacious powered sites. These sites are $40 for 2 people, plus $10 per person extra thereafter (max 5 persons per site). Rates are per night. Check in after 2.00pm, check out 10.00am.

Important to note

• Available via direct bookings only. Please call 0415 037 886 between 9.00am to 5pm
• The Highland Caravan Park is open throughout Summer months each year. 
• Dogs are allowed but they must sleep in an enclosed vehicle eg caravan, RV etc and we ask you to consider others and keep your dogs on leads, clean up after them and not allow them to bark. We also have ducks, cows, goats and geese on the property and ask you to keep your pets away from the stock. Patrons with dogs not restrained or with dogs, disturbing others may be asked to leave the park. Please do not take your dogs near the goats or cows. 
• WE DO NOT HAVE A DUMP POINT at Tarraleah, the closest is at Hamilton 55km to the east or at Derwent Bridge 55km to the west.
