The Scholars House

Tarraleah’s schoolhouse has been stylishly converted into relaxed and contemporary accommodation.  The school rooms are ensuite studio rooms, most with a queen size bed and bathroom on the ground floor, tea and coffee making facilities, a sitting area with flat screen TV and DVD player upstairs. 

Tucked into the large shared kitchen at the heart of the Scholars building is a warm fireside snug, dining room, guest laundry, rocking horse, lots of space and a little nostalgia.

Interconnecting rooms and family suites are available (on request and subject to availability) and there is easy parking outside. The kitchen is large & fully equipped for all to use, with group dining tables to use at your leisure.

The Scholars House is available for exclusive group or family use. A minimum of 8 rooms for 2 nights to be booked and paid for, and the Scholars house can house your next reunion, club catch-up, murder mystery or group gathering. Great for extended families looking to get together under one roof.  

If self-catering isn’t your thing…. dinner deliveries and group dining options are available on request.
